Our Second-Hand concept allows us to reintegrate used Judes diapers back into the cycle and extend their lifespan.
Returned products, for example rental sets, are assessed by us, professionally cleaned, and repaired if necessary. This ensures that they are given a second or third life: as refurbished items at affordable prices!

Our team of experts examines every second-hand product for defects. Naturally, used products are thoroughly cleaned and refurbished, so they're ready for the next round.
All second-hand Judes products are checked and hygienically refurbished by us, and of course, they work flawlessly.
Below you will find the differences between Second Hand A and B explained in detail:
- Second Hand A: The products are in almost new condition and have hardly any visual flaws.
- Second Hand B: The products show minor visual flaws (e.g., pilling).
- Used Judes are gently and thoroughly washed and dried with Judes Family Care.
- Stains are removed.
- Velcro fasteners are cleaned.
- Loose threads are tidied up.
Our refurbishment process is so thorough that at times we can barely tell whether it's a used or a new product!

Quick Start Guide:
1. Insert our Poo Paper into the inner diaper and put the diaper on your baby (same handling as with disposable diapers).
2. The Judes Paper catches the stool. You dispose of the Judes Paper in the trash, and the inner diaper goes into the wet bag.
3. The wet bag, along with the diapers, goes into the washing machine. Everything gets clean again at 60°C and 1000 revolutions.
4. Dry - and start over!
By the way: Washing with Judes takes about 15 minutes per week.
Germany, Austria, and Switzerland

Shipping outside of the EU and within Europe is free for orders over €100 (below this a shipping fee of €14.90 applies). Delivery time is 4-5 working days. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
Worldwide
Shipping outside of Europe is free for orders over €300 (below this a shipping fee of €39 applies). Delivery time is 4-8 working days. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
Returns
The trial set comes with a 100-day money-back guarantee (from the receipt of the goods). For all other sets (including individually composed ones): As Judes Family is a hygiene product for the intimate area, unfortunately, we cannot offer a money-back guarantee after use. However, if the items are still unused, a 60-day money-back guarantee applies.
